ORGANIZING 


Working together, we will assess each room to see what is working and what is not.

I will create a design plan for each room and assist you in sorting what to throw away, what to donate and organize what you want to keep.  

$50 hourly with the consultation fee of $75 applied to the service total. 

PERSONAL SHOPPING 


I am an EXPERT SHOPPER who can save you tons of time and money because I know WHERE and WHAT to shop for.

Together I will come up with a cohesive design that helps you flow from room to room with ease and sense of calm and contentment.

FRESH FLORAL DESIGN 


As a certified floral designer since 2004 I have created hundreds of beautiful arrangements to compliment any space inside or out.  Flowers and plants bring a fresh feeling and life into the home.  Sometimes you just need a touch of green.  I can help you find the perfect green companion to make your home feel cozy and inviting.  I believe plants and flowers are essential to any great design.

Services to Fit Every Need...

Villa Staging and Redesign specializes in refreshing and organizing spaces that perfectly reflect your family's style, needs, and comfrot fro when you want to stay in your home and increase it's value. 

Staging services are provided when it's time to sell your home and I specialize in budget friendly ways of using what you already have to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for therefore yielding a higher purchase offer.  Keeping a small budget in mind, I will try to work with what you already own as much as possible but in some cases I may propose small purchases or rentals to complete the look when staging the home for sale. 

Although I do not offer cleaning, or packing services but I am happy to help organize closets, cabinets, pantries, home offices, etc., so you can use your newly organized areas with ease and if selling the home the potential buyers can see there is plenty of storage space.

A word about downsizing and estate sales.......

During those times when a loved one is moving onto retirement living or perhaps sadly has passed on, a family member or executor needs special assistance with organizing and clean up work that goes beyond repairing the property for it's new occupants.  I will collaborate with the realtor and the estate liquidators of your choice and work as a team to bring the whole project together and make the process as simple and easy.  


Total Re-Design Service

This service is for those whom have just moved into a new home or want to refresh existing spaces and need help organizing and arranging furnishings as well as adding in new pieces to create a cozy and welcoming environment that offers better function and flow.  I will help you nurture your unique style while highlighting your homes architectural elements and fixed furnishings right down to the paint color on the walls.  

  • Starting with a lifestyle questionnaire and in-home consultation I will do a full home assessment honing in on what  your family needs and how you would like your home to function.
  •  A proposal and cost estimate will be developed that will encompass all aspects of the services that I will provide for your project taking into account your timeline, budget, and list of priorities. Element
  • "Before" pictures and measurements will be taken of each room to be designed.  
  • After developing room by room design concepts. I will assist you with making the best choices in furniture,   accessories, art, and lighting to create that special environment to support all the homes occupants in every way.
  • Once all the deliveries have been made and the final installation of art and accessories are placed you will be proud to show off your new and fresh space that we created together from concept to completion.

         Staging Consultation         

Initial Consultation - $150 Regardless of the square footage and applied to the project total if you hire me to do the staging. 


Consultations usually take one hour per 1,000 sq. ft. 



  • We start with a phone interview so I can gather some basic information before the appointment.  
  • On the day of the consultation we will first sit down and discuss your home, expectations, and goals. 
  • Then we walk the property together approaching each area like a buyer would looking through a buyer's eyes.  I will explain my notes, suggestions and recommendations. By the end of the consultation you will have all the information you need to stage the home yourself and if you choose to allow me to do the work for you, the consultation fee is applied to the total cost of doing so.
  • Using the detailed staging checklist, I will able to prepare a proposal for staging the home for you based upon our conversation and information you provide such as your home's needs, your budget, and your time constraints.

Staging and Organizing for Occupied Homes


The physical staging of your home is $75 per hour with a two hour minimum up to eight hours per day in the home.


After the initial consultation, this staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves together and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations. 


The homeowner is responsible for packing up and finding storage for all the unnecessary items and furnishings.   


  • You will see HUGE transformations using what you already have to make the most of   each space!
  • As an added bonus I also include my "Open House/Showing Checklist" to completely prepare you for each day your home is on the market after the staging is complete.



Cancellation Policy

Should you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 36 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to give 36 hours notice of cancellation or "no show" for an appointment may result in 50% of the scheduled service being billed to your account.
